Refund Policy

Every enrollment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the course isn’t for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked. Refunded purchases lose course access, and any certificate issued under a refunded purchase is void.

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, within 14 days of purchase, and say you would like a refund. You do not have to give a reason. We process refunds to the original payment method, usually within a few business days; how quickly it appears is up to your bank.

A refund ends course access, and any certificate issued under the refunded purchase is void. If you buy again later, your access comes back.

If something has gone wrong, please write to us first — a refund is faster than a dispute and we will not argue with you inside the 14 days. A chargeback ends course access in the same way a refund does.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law, and nothing here takes those away.
